What content is included in iContent Portal? Where did this information come from?

The iContent Portal contains a product detail page for each of the 74,000+ products available from SBD brands within North America. Each PDP is an aggregate of photos and eComm graphics from Bynder, product information from our PIM, service details from ServiceNet, shipping specifications from SAP, and more.

Who has access to iContent Portal?

Access to the iContent Portal is currently only available to internal teams, and requires SSO authenticaton.

Can I download or export a SKU's PDP information?

Yes! Submit a list of SKUs in the Bulk Search and an export of key PDP information will be delivered to your SBD inbox. Media content can be downloaded directly from Bynder, and is accessible via a link on each individual PDP or your bulk search export.

Why can't I click through to the retail site in the 'where to buy' section?

The PriceSpider 'Where to Buy' feature is included to provide visibiliy for where the product is sold. The inability to click through to retailer PDPs is a limitation from PriceSpider.

I've identified 1) a missing SKU or 2) missing/incorrectly assigned content. What now?

Please contact the support team at icontentportal@sbdinc.com. Include details such as links to the iContent page, links to specific assets, or other documentation to support the inquiry.

Are there plans for additional features or to include content for other regions in the future?

Future enhancements and expansions are being mapped and coordinated for an MVP3 effort to take place in 2022.
